Due to hygiene reasons, all our products are non-refundable unless faulty. If you wish to return a faulty item, please note this policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was dispatched, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
To start a return, you can contact us at ladybughairproducts@gmail.com afterwards we will let you know how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/communicating will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
